Hello!
I started collecting Coleman in 1990. My wife thought it was nice to have a couple different color lanterns. Some years later I had over 500 Coleman lanterns, lamps and stoves. The old Coleman's are simple and very durable. I have opened the filler cap on a lantern that I know had not been opened for over twenty years, and hear the air pressure release from the tank.

In my opinion Coleman made a product that would outlast it's owner.
I live on a small farm between Panhandle & Claude Texas in the Texas Panhandle. My wife Barbara and I have four children, dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs and chickens.
I have worked as a Registered Nurse in the local Emergency Room for over eight years. I collect Coleman, hunt, fish and take care of the farm to help me unwind on my days off.
I have been an active charter member of the International Coleman Collectors Club since it's start up.

I have been elected as Club Vice-President 1998-1999, Amarillo, TX Show host 1999, Club President 1999-2001 and my wife and I have been the Editor & Publisher of the Coleman Lite for the 2001 and 2002 Publications. I have very strong ties with this Club and hope the members will support those who give their time as President, Show host, treasure and Newsletter Publisher to see that this club stays strong.

I look forward to hear from anyone who wishes to buy, sell or trade for that special Coleman piece that is missing from his or her collection.
